A2600 (CR620) Intel HD Not Installing

Hello all,
I have a A2600 (CR620) laptop with an i5-430m Processor, 320GB hard drive, 4GB Ram.

I have an issue with drivers.
It fails to load the driver for the Intel HD GMA. this appears to happen in Windows 7 86x & 64x also Windows 8 86x & 64x.
