Windows 8.1, secureboot and sleep issues

Hi,

I'm a technet subscriber so have access to Win8.1.  Just tried it and ran into some issues which I think are bios related. (My motherboard is X79A-GD65 (8D) and I'm running bios 4.3.)

First when I installed Win8.1 a watermark is stuck on the deskto...
