BIOS feature request, regarding case fans

Hello, dear sir,

In UEFI/BIOS we can set case fans to RPM on scale of 50 to 100%

But for CPU we can set as low as 12.5%

For some people case fans at 50% just isn't enough - out of various reason, whether it be noise or not needing that much.
