760GA-P43FX S1 Sleep Mode BSOD using SATA port 7/8

Hi,

I have my SSD on SATA port 7 or SATA port 8 and when I come out of S1 sleep mode it BSOD.
If I plug it into port 1-6 it is fine.
Problem is SATA Ports 1-6 are 3Gbit/s and 7/8 are 6Gbit/s and the SSD is 6Gbit/s
