I'm not adding nothing new, but a +1 in the Gt70 Dragon Edition Inconsistent BSOD's Victim (with pretty much same symptoms)
GT70 2OD-485AE here...
I'll follow your experience and recommendation and see how it goes, but 1st I must do a dump analysis!!!!...
