msi 970a-g46 vcore spiking at idle

Worried about my Vcore its vary high at times spiking from 0.94 to 1.47 sometimes .but for the most part its around 1.44 
Cpu fan is at a steady 100% all the time temps seem good.     
But I don't know how reliable the new Fx temp sensors are.
