GT60 2PC (870m) + Windows 8.1: Bluetooth issue

I'm having an issue with my new (within 3 weeks) GT60 2PC. I installed fresh Windows 8.1 on a SSD and reinstalled all the drivers including the most up to date drivers on the MSI page for the GT60.

I have seen reports that other laptops with Windows 8....
