MSI H61M-E23 (B3) bios not updating ....

Hi,
The board was working fine, it had an old bios, so I when to MSI website to download an up to date bios.
H61M-E23(B3) MS-7680 ver 2.11  (info on the board)

the bios I found on msi site was ver ...
