E350AI-E45 bios update..... and..... no post

i updated, rather tried to update, the BIOS to 1.5, and now I have a dead system.

specs:
e250ai-e45
4x2gb G.Skill Ripjaws (F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL)
Sun 371-0905-03 (Dual GigE Intel-based PCI-E 4x NIC)
Intel 330 60GB SSD

i tried the update through the BIOS's...
