Backlit keyboard not working - GE72 2QD Apache Pro Win10

Hi 
I have a MSI GE71 2QD Apache Pro, it comes with Win10 image.
The keyboard works fine, but I can't enable the backlights.
If I open SteelSeriesEngine, I can the the keyboard and how to customize light colors.
