problem with starting msi z77 Mpower

i 've just bought a Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 800W
and a mobo msi z77 mpower(today)

i have this problem
i have tested the psu with 2 different mobo (the msi stated before and a asus p8z77 v pro) and in both cases the psu fan runs for few seco...
