X79A-GD45 (8D) - Muffed up BIOS

Like the title sez, the BIOS got muffed up. I flashed it to 12.x and it ran for a week. I bought a 10GB PCIe x8 card QLogic card, fired it up installed the drivers and it worked for about 10 minutes.
