Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, as said earlier, I tried :

Disabling Cool and Quiet
Underclocking APU to 3400MHz ( probably 3200MHz )
Underclocking RAM to 1600Mhz ( wow was it ever slower than 2133MHz )
Underclocking NB ratio to 1400MHz ( hoping ...
