970A-G46 does not always POST

Hi,

I built a new system last month and am really enjoying it, except I do have a few issues with it:
- Sometimes the PC doesn't POST, it turns on (fans come up) but no beep. I have to turn it off and on again, once or more, before I can get to Windows...
