MSI GX660 upgraded to Windows 8, can't find driver for HD5870

Downloaded and installed latest driver from ATI. Error:

Catalyst Control Center : Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using Catalyst Control Center.

I'm starting to regret upgrading from WIN...
